Return & Exchange Conditions:
Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened or used balloons due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How to Request a Return:
Please contact us within the return period via our Contact Us page or email, providing your order number and the reason for return.
Refund Policy:
Returned items will be inspected within 3 business days after being received.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Exceptions:
Opened or used balloons are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to update this policy in accordance with any changes in UAE regulations.
